    Cool, thanks

Anyone know if an alignment is necessary when changing to new tire/rim size? Mine feels fine, but wondering if it needs to be done anyway.

Yeah..It seems like I'm the only one w/ 265/70/17 duratracs that's rubbin. Im lifted w/ Billsteins set @ 2.5" utelizing the OEM coils and was able to get an alignment....however I don't know if it's to spec. I just know that it's not pulling one way or the other!

Like Fabulous, I'm rubbin on the backside of the LCA.

I haven't noticed any rubbage during my encouners with the trails...but thats not to say that I've had to turn the wheel all the way. It seems to only happen when I'm backing up and turn the wheel all the way right or left.

Like Namyo said "no black"...especially painted stockers IMO. If anything, save up to buy some nice black wheels with the appropriate back spacing for the 285's!!! It's what I wish I would of done!

That's weird. Are your steering bump stops adjusted correctly? Sounds like you might be getting too much steering angle causing rubbing the LCAs. 265/70/17s shouldn't be rubbing the LCAs

I had my truck re-aligned yesterday. The numbers are much improved from before. I'll have to see if it stops the rubbing on my LCA's...but that might have to wait a few days, as it's snowing really good here.

    Numbers now are...

    caster 1.9/ 2.1
    Camber 0.58/ 0.61
    toe 0.02/ 0.03

Feels much better through the wheel, and the tires look a lot straighter from the front. I suggest you have the alignment looked at, because "spec" is a pretty wide area. Mine was in spec as well, just not very good.
