Man, you have great tread left for 49,000 miles. I'm just shy of 40,000 on mine, but they only have about 1/2 of what you have. I know I can get another 5000-7000 out of mine, but not in the snow.

What psi. do you run yours at? I'm right around 37-38psi. with great wear patterns. I rotate mine every 3000-3500 miles.

    Great looking truck btw!

Thats amazing treadwear for 49k! Mostly HWY? also thats very high PSI but the tires look great. I would've thought the center of the tires would wear faster at 42 psi?

Well, they are worn slightly more in the center. It's hard to tell in the pics. They have had a lot of highway, but also a fair amount of city streets, dirt roads and some wheeling. I used to run them around 38 PSI but they felt a little squishy. Bumped them up to 42 and they seem to handle better.

Just bumped mine up from 35 to 40 and the ride is noticeably more stable. Damn, should have done this last year!

    Thanks!

I'm kinda jealous of your 4-runner. I miss my old Blazer, it was a pretty good wheeler for a full-size...:D

My Toy kinda takes the place of my dd and toy, so I can't go hardcore with it.:(

I miss my blazer sometimes, but the 4runner's size is a lot easier at the mall and on the trail :D

this is my 2010 tacoma base 2.7l manual transmission. Really wanted to put new tires on without a lift or anything special. Wrangler duratrac's looked like a tough, good looking tire and i've been trying to find out the biggest size duratrac tire i can put on without a mod or lift or anything. Thanks guys

Not sure about 2nd gen, but on my 1st gen I put on 265/75/16's. Those were the biggest I could stuff under my stock suspension without rubbing too much. They look sick! You won't be disappointed

I've always ran very high PSI as well on my DTs and they look great at 50k

Just got some Duratracs and took them in the snow up at Park City. They killed it! Great Tire.

Okay I've been running about 34psi and they are squishy but its a smooth ride and they wear perfect but handle poorly. I'll try bumping the PSI up. Thanks

    Very quiet!

Anybody notice that these tires get alittle hum and noise to them after awhile. Im at about 8k miles and theyre quite noisy. And as i slow down to a stop i can hear a roar from them.

I had them on my 07 DC LB first then put them on my 12' and thats when started noticing the noise...
