    How's it going everyone!
I'm new to the forum (only to posting, I read threads all the time) and just got my 2016 MGM SR5 Double cab, V6, 4x2rwd short bed yesterday here in San Diego.
I want to ask you guys a couple of questions that I know have been asked many times because I've searched and read so many posts but just want to double check so please have patience.

    Suspension:
I'm doing Bilstein 5100's on the front and leaving the rear stock for now. Thinking of putting the shocks at the third notch from the bottom up to get a little but higher nose than rear hopefully. I know that these 5100's are "not for" the 2016 so I have to order 2015 tacoma bilstein 5100's correct? doesn't matter that my truck is 4x2 or anything, just get the shocks right? anyone have the link they bought their shocks from?

    Tires & Wheels:
This is where i'm really lost, what should I do?
I currently have a 2004 tacoma Double Cab 4x2 short bed with 5100's all around (on the 3rd notch) and BFG 265/75 R16 tires with Method double standards on it and it looks amazing so that's the look I want on my new Tacoma.
I talked to a guy here in san diego and he said I should go to 17" wheels with my new SR5 Tacoma, if so what size tire or should I stay with 16"?

    Thanks for the input guys!

I got mine from jet.com for $136.xx to my door. I believe that Bilstien has updated their site stating these are for the '16 as well. Bilstein 24-239370 are the ones to order for the front. I'm running 265/75-16, however I also did coils when I replaced the shocks. So far no issues, however I havnt been wheeling with it yet. Im of no help on rim size, sorry. Sure some other guys will get you squared away. Good luck and congrats.

Awesome into SouthernTaco, I appreciate it.
Yeah today I de badged it and took the bottom air deflector thing off so it's already looking much cleaner.
So I see some websites it says only 4x4, is that true? I used your "Bilstein 24-239370" and found some on Amazon but is there a thing as bilstein 5100's that are only for 4x4 and won't fit my sr5 4x2? Sorry just really want to make sure before I order a wrong thing and have to deal with returns.
    Thanks again man!

I also removed that damn front air deflector!!! I'm pretty sure they should work on either 2wd or 4wd. Also, check out jet.com. I got both front shocks to my door for $132. I think most places charge at least $90 a shock plus shipping.
