I have a 3" Toytec spacer lift on my 2006 DC right now with 285/75/16's. I will be installing the Icon's and UCA's within the next couple of days. Should I lift the truck with the Icon's or should I leave the Icon's at 2.5 inches of lift and use the 1/2 spacer that I have or crank the Icon's up to 3 inches? I have read that leaving the Icon's at 2.5 inches with the spacer will provide a softer/better ride that cranking the Icon's up to 3 inches.

Dont use the spacer with the ICons. I would think it would make the ride stiffer than cranking the Icons up to the amount of lift you need.

If its a top plate spacer, and only 1/4" thick, he should be fine, as he is useing the TC UCA's.

Heck I am using 1/2 inch top plate spacers with my ICONs, They ride great. I have about 2.5 inches of total lift. This means my ICONs are only set at 1.75 inches because the top plate spacer gives me 3/4 inches of lift. I love the top plate spacers because my coilovers rode kinda stiff before and now they are much more plush.

Installed the TC UCA's, Icons with a 1/2" spacer what a great ride. I previously had the 3" spacer from Toytec.
