I think when it needs tires I'll get 265 75 16s. Set the front to 2.5 and add a 1" block in the back.

Pretty sure I've decided on adding a 1" block on the rear. Thoughts?

Lift, tires, mats, blah, blah, blah...
I have an AAL that's been in slightly over a year and the rear end is starting to drop.

I was going to do a block, but the stock springs suck anyways, so I said screw it and ordered Dakars.

No blocks. They are shit for your truck and your comfort. Get a new leaf pack.

No, didn't want to spend the money and I am guessing I am at around 2.25" lift on the front, it aligned fine.

Nice , I was worried about the uca's hitting the spring , but guess I was worried for nothing. look great, hoping my stance is the same when I'm done. ..

How much lift will they provide? When do you anticipate they will be available?
Glad to see more options in the rear suspension game. Also interested in the upcoming UCA from Dobinsons you've made mention of previously.
May wanna have the website redesigned. It looks pretty jank, and doesn't reflect much legitimacy to the company. Pardon the constructive criticism and thread derailment.

Good looking truck OP. Skip the block and AAL, get a full replacement leaf pack....Dakars, AllPro Expos, etc.

Yeah, tell me about it... I've been saying the same for a long time. No worries, I like to hear the truth. The new site will be transitioned shortly. Here is the new live site in Australia: https://www.dobinsonsprings.com/ They reckon they will change it over pretty soon, then we can add all the USA stuff to it. I've been doing what I can with the Amazon store and my IG account too, to share US-stuff that has arrived so far.

Parabolics, shooting for 2" of lift, but they come with built 2 x 1/2" spacers built into them to adjust the lift height up by 1/2" to 1" if desired, so that would be 3" max height. The earliest will be January IMO.

EDIT: made a new separate post about all this to not hijack this thread. https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...s-greasable-pins-and-bush-kit-2005-17.458013/

Thanks for the info. Will the new leafs match factory payload numbers or will they increase the payload? I prefer minimal lifts but increased capabilities. Honestly the main reason I installed my lift to begin with was due to sagging/flat/POS bump stop riding factory leaf springs.
AAL are just a temporary bandaide, and all available replacement leaf packs lift the rear ~3", so as to not have crazy reverse bro lean I just went full OME front/rear.

They're designed for a smooth ride more than anything, for those that don't generally carry weight in the back, but don't like the stock ride back there.
We have other springs that will do that. A more standard-type of leaf spring.
Here are the specs of the 3 we will be offering:

    L59-110-R - $195 ea
3+2 Leaves, Raised Height (55mm Lift, 2.1"), Medium Duty, Up to 100KG constant load

    L59-111-R - $265 ea
4+2 Leaves, Raised Height (55mm Lift, 2.1"), Heavy Duty, 280KG constant load

L59-116-RP - price not determined yet
3+1 Leaves (parabolic), Raised Height (55mm Lift, 2.1"), 0-50KG constant load, smooth ride.

I have a set of the L59-110-R here that were run on our '16 for a few weeks. Any takers for testing those?
