Got New Headers Not sure they are Correct

there a nice improvement either way, but if you were hoping for something and its not what you initally wanted you wont be completely satisfied, imo.

I even expected a little more out of my ceramic tri-y doug thorleys. And I got what I wanted.

 

Yeah I found that out the hard way. The funny thing is I ordered them over the phone and asked if they where tri-y and he said yes. I'll call around tomorrow and see what the damage will be and go from there. Thx for the reply.



On a side note anybody in the North West want a good deal on a 4 into 1 DT

Well I shipped the header back today. I ended up finding a barely used NWOR Tri-y for the same price. Just have to wait one more week. Got the OEM gasket and studs ordered. I also bought a Dynomax super turbo muffler from Summit Racing. So by the end of next week should be driving strong and sounding good! Thx for all the help and suggestions guys.

 

Well welded on the muffler last weekend. I love it. A little deeper sound especially when taking off and low RPM. I also got the NWOR Tri-Y"s today in the mail. Will be putting it on this weekend along with my new rotors and pads. Should run like a new truck. Now I just have to save up for suspension. Thx For all the info and advice. I love this site!
