Got new tires today, and they scratched one of my rims

    This is what they looked like new, and looking back it was like 3 years ago so I know they don't scratch easily. But this right here has help me vent, which makes me feel better. Like someone said earlier I would at least expect an apology which is why i am still going to send the complain email but I am not going to try and get anything.

    I'd suggest bringing in your truck to the shop you took it to instead of e-mailing Sears..... Maybe they can shed some light on what happened and maybe reimburse you.

    I still say go talk to the guys that changed the tires to find out what happened and save the e-mail for now...

    I was kidding I would guess 25% of the time my truck is worked on including me something get's F-ed up. My sister got in this morning and het leg brace scracthed the botom of the glove box (she has MS). I would go back see what they can do then let it go. If they give you the corp. line then poop, TP & pee. If they are cool give some thing take then just pee all over the bathroom. :D
