Does anybody have this 4 leaf pack for sale with low low miles? My truck has 94k miles and would like to get this done....looks like its going to be at my expense which is fine. As long as i can haul my 4 wheeler ill be happy. Just need the parts or if anyone has part numbers from toyota that would be great. Thank you

If you're going to buy new, might as well just buy an aftermarket leaf pack

Bumping this to ask a quick question....I just bought a 2015 to use for motocross, so I'm going to constantly have motorcycles in the bed. Does this TSB still apply to the new models?

Bitter....My 2015 only has 3 leaf springs. Would definitely prefer 4 since I bought it to use it as a truck.

You're welcome @rmorse ! Check out Wheeler's off Road. I just installed the progressive 3 leaf pack on my TSB springs. To be honest the TSB springs didn't really handle a load all that well. My truck still sagged in the ass end with our RTT and camping gear loaded. I gained 2" of lift back there and paired with the 5100's the ride is so much better that before. I retained my overload spring is how I gained the 2". They have other options as well for loads. @YotaDan is full of helpful advice if you have any questions or concerns on leafs.

Hi all, new member here. hoping i can get some advice.
I have a 15 dcsb 4x4 and it is currently 2.5 inches higher in the back (4 leaf stock) than the front.
I was planning on doing 5100 paired with 885 to get that roughly 2.5 inches up front to help level with the back.
i havent seen anyone do this setup without an aal or switching to dakars or wheelers. Can i expect any issues by going with this setup? other than
the risk of the notorious vibration issues. Thanks

Ok, you see, there is a REASON the back end is up higher than the front. When you put stuff in the bed of the truck, it gets pushed down. There is also a reason why the suspension is called a "suspension"... and that is because it "suspends" the truck. That means that it needs the right amount of "droop". Bumps go in two directions -- UP FROM the surface of the road, and DOWN INTO the road. You want the front suspension to be somewhere in the middle of its range so that it can react to BOTH directions of bumps. If you lift the front end by 2.5 inches, then you basically don't have any more droop, which means that if you hit a hole in the road, you're going to break your teeth on the steering wheel.

Dude this is ridiculous. There are plenty of people running around with 2.5" lifts or higher and not "breaking their teeth" on bumps, as well as people leveling F/R regardless of lift and having no issues hauling or towing. There is a lot more than 2.5" of droop in these suspensions. Also 2.5" higher in the rear is way too high, far too much weight on the front unloaded. I just had the rear leaf TSB done on stock TRD off road, rear sat 1.5" higher and looked ridiculous, handled oddly too. I leveled it out with a 6112/5160 Bilstein kit, maybe 1.5" lift in front leveled out rides fantastic on the horrendous potholed dirt roads in my neighborhood.

ill have to re-measure when i get home. center of the hub directly up to the fender right?
i hate the amount of rake it has now. Just want to lift/level safely. so much info here, trying to read through it all
and make the best choice on my budget.

I'd jump down to the suspension section here and spend some time reading there, including the stickied threads on top. Plenty of people doing what you're thinking of without issues. As for cost what I did was approx. $1100 shipped, fully assembled (top hats etc.) Bilstein 6112 coil-over struts + 5160 rear remote reservoir shocks. I had them set the 6112 for 1.5" lift (2nd notch), you can set them from about .8" to 3" lift. Installed them myself with basic hand tools and floor jacks etc. Not rocket science. There are many other cheaper and more expensive ways to go, read a lot first and decide.
