That looks a lot like the roof rack I was looking at. It was called the grand teton roof rack or something similar...

 

This one is basically a copy of the Prinsu. I got it and 7 crossbars/shipped for less than a Prinsu with 5 crossbars. Couldn't beat the price.
Maner has the same one and he was the selling point for me........10% off Black Friday didn't hurt either
