My uncle just got an '18 GT premium. It's all black. 6 speed. Has an intake, long tubes, no cats, and some kind of cat back, and tune. Loud as all hell. He said it makes about 500 whp. Waiting to get a ride in it.

I considered an early 5.0 instead of the C5 but really wanted the targa top. Would have done a 5.0 Boss 302 over the C5, but they hold their value too well.

Don’t want it to stay too cold; I need to plant some fall grass seed to fill out my yard

I wish I still had mine. I drove it for about a year and then put it in the garage and it became a Sunday driver. Once i left for college, a guy started bugging the shit out of my dad to sell. He'd come by about once every few months. 8yrs later, he caught my dad on the right day.

has anyone here had/have rocksliders with bedliner? I got a quote to have mine done for 150.00. Actually was cheaper than I thought it would be. I live in the salt belt and thought a rubberized coating would last the longest against the elements. Thinking I could buy the rattle can stuff at Home Depot for touch up.

    any thoughts?

I rattle canned mine and then put on a coat of truck bed liner from Walmart. I figured that I'd scrape off whatever was on there, so I went cheap as possible.

Should I fluid film my taco? I figure it won't hurt anything even if I'm not in the rust belt. I think Flagstaff uses cinder, not salt, if it snows.

I plan too. But I’m in a heavy salt state. If it’s not salty I wouldn’t , but it won’t hurt

It’s a big deal up here for ads to say “southern truck” or some similar variation
