That's about the gayest thing I've read all day. I'm better than you because I look nice? Grow up. You sound like a prissy little kid.

On a side note, your logic on u joints is wrong. The lip of the seal closes after the grease passes. If you have enough grease in the joint then no water or grime will get in. If your joints don't have grease in them then water will pass through the seals. If you purge the seals you remove the water that's trapped in the joint.

I always pump til the grease pass the seals. I'm at 165k miles, But just remember don't pump full and go Jump your truck you're now asking to blow a seal. Just take it around the block and over speed bumps slowly for a bit.

So there is 1 zerk on my first gen Pre-runner 2wd. I pumped a few squirts in and it blew it back out after I drove around. Has anyone added grease on a Pre-runner 2wd? and had problems. Its in the rear by the u-joint.

I actually just picked up a grease gun last week and got all of the zerks with Valvoline Synpower synthetic grease. We'll see if the stuff was worth the extra $

Too bad the 2WD don't have Zerks. Attached is a picture of the findings of the investigation of "My truck squeaks when I back up" report from my son. The front and rear joints showed rust, I replaced all 3. 07 DC Prerunner with 99K on it.

Can you get replacement parts with zerks on them ? Years ago B 4 anyone heard of Toyota or Honda, Ford and GMC started making front ends w/o zerks so they could say no maintenance = worn out front ends. I was able to buy the replacement parts with zerks or plugs you could take out and put zerks in.
