Just put on my new MX Grillcraft. Wondering what everyone thinks. I'm trying to decide between two round 7" 6000k HID lights with a red bezel or a 20" 4000 lumen light bar. Forget soft difference. I'm just curious what everyone's thoughts are.

Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.

i agree, the new front end with the goatee looking bumper just works well with the 30" rigid industries i think. heres mine

i didnt see this one.. but i thought of that on my 2008... then i decided on putting my winch on a cradle, between the cradle and the synthetic line its the best thing i could have done, i have some 25ft 0 gauge cables made for it so i can run it front, back or from a tree depending on how im stuck and whats gonna save my donkey best. plus it lets me have my discreet lightbar :)

and untill i do a plate bumper being set back inside it protects the $999 dollar light as my 2008 tought me many times the grounds always closer than you think!

I doubt it's overall better than the RI E series. But for the price, I bet it's an overall better deal. I will definitely give input and do a review of this light. I think I'm gonna tape it off and paint any of the silver housing a flat black though

This. I've got a 20" behind the grill and it is great but I'd like to get some HIDs to throw light out a bit further.

i plan on more lights :) i am really thinking hard on a 50 inch for the roof and 2x 20" lights for the reverse and rear facing lights.

im hunting around for people who have the other brands of light bars out there as i have spent less on trucks that the kind of COIS $$$$$$ rigid wants for the 50" bars. or any others for that matter the 30" was $999 its sweet but i think ill buy the next 3 lights from another comapny for the same amount or less. i just need to figure out which ones are worth buying!

id preffer to drive at night with 5% tint annd sunglasses if possible.

i mean if they can see me from space when i am lost or injured maybe ill be rescued!

and of coarse if i can blind bambi, i can run him down and eat him.. maybe if im lucky i can get his whole family and have a disney dinner lol

but on a more serious note. its wonderful when i pin the play truck between trees on an embankment in the middle of the night in the middle of the woods, 20 miles from anyone to drive the daily driver/tow truck in and see everything. its amazing how well the tacoma will drag a busted truck through the trails (just dont let your buddy drive the jeep your towing while hes distracted on a straight path into a tree... thats not on the path... while your not wearing your seatbelt) that one hurt. and worst part was it broke my strap.. :)

i do too. accept on the 2012-2013 taco... personally i like the 2005-2011 better..

but there just wasnt the truck i wanted for the right deal without buying new. so 2013 it was. i think toyota smooshed the front down to far and its "agressive" new front is more crossover to me. less truck looking, and what were they thinking with the lower valance? i cant figure out what to do with it. i even tried ditching it out

its got the Jay leno chin slope deal going on.

i know im being hard on it, i still love the truck and i dont think its ugly but it think they could have done better

I also believe the ARB looks wayyy better on 2005-2011 and im sad about the deal with 12-13 arb bumpers, but i now have an extra front bumper skin to cut so i can save mine :)

Swap the front out for a plate/armor bumper.....I didn't like the "rounded" look of my 2011 front. And it was pretty obvious that the local deer didn't like it either.
