i have a 97 4x4 with sealed beam headlights and i dont like the look of my grill at all so i was wondering if it was possible to do a grill switch to like a 98 or 99 grill with the composite headlights

Ahhhh don't do it! I have a '97 as well, its the last year of the original Tacoma grille!

I know I'm in the minority on this one, but I love the original. An original is always best, right? ;)
