I dont have a 2012 but that seems pricey for just an insert IMO. I would rather order some uncut mesh grill and cut it out myself. Im no grill maker either so I might just be talking out of my ass.

Just seemed pricey to me but I have not shopped around for grills yet but I'll take your word for it.

What is that color on your truck called? Is that what replaced the old gold? Looks BEUTIFUL

I just installed one on my 2012 Off-Road along with a new body colour Toyota grill. It take about an hour for the upper and an hour for the lower if you have air tools or a dremmel. The lower you will need to remove the bumper cover as there are a few locking tabs hidden behind the crash bar. If you do not want to remove the bumper you can remove the 2 bolts that hold the bottom of the lower grill, 1 lock tab on either side that you can reach. Undo all tabs you can reach around the outside, grab the insert about 1/3 of the way in and give it a quick jerk, repeat for other side. Both tabs will break off cleanly. I have installed a few of these and I would say install is about the same as a t-Rex but fit and finish is alot higher quality with the GrillCraft.
