grille surround flew off

    so i was driving down the interstate and the painted portion of my grille just broke away and flew up and over the truck, has this happened to anyone else?

    The "grille", i.e. cross bars, center logo, side vent looking things, chrome/painted surround is to the best of my knowledge is all-in-one.

    Two screws and two tabs along the top and it pulls straight up.

    the chrome/painted section is separate from the rest of the grille, snaps into the the main portion of the grille. will get a pic and post it

    x2, it's supposed to have plastic rivits with melted tips holding the chrome or painted portion to the grille frame.
