will you also be doing the bumper? I would color match the bumper and grill...would look good.

Or do a gun-metal grey. IMO, black would be too much contrast because the truck is white.

If you are going to do your bumper in black, then I think the white color matched grill would look pretty sweet.

I agree, the crappy chrome finish on mine is bubbling a bit, so im gonna make the grill trim white.

Match the bumper. Either both chrome or both white.

OP: since you are probably taking the grill off, do you know how to get the grill off w/o damaging it? I need to do the radiator on my truck and it would make it easier to do if I removed the grill. Was also going to repaint the grill.

Are the little clips that hold the grill on replaceable?

Just use zip ties. whenever you want to take the grille off (which probably isn't much) you just cut the ties. Put new ones on with the reinstall. That's what I have always done and it works without fail. Always pulls the grille in tight with the truck body. No stupidly expensive clips to deal with.

Thats not a bad idea, that way if you ever have to take the grille off again u wont have to worry about breaking clips!

If I can't find the clips cheap I will just use zip ties.

Hahaha yes they are! they cost about $.01 to make and they sell for 50x that haha

Whereas zip ties are like $10 for a pack of 1k or something like that
