    Grilling pork chops, lamb chops and brats for work lunches.
    BBQ, Garlic Aioli and Lemon pepper pork chops for variety.
    Vacuum sealed and go in the freezer.
    I will make steam-in-the-bag veggies or salad with it. Quick and easy grilled meat for lunch every day.

    Can anyone recommend a pizza setup for:

    1) your standard Weber Genesis style gas grill;

    2) the Weber Q series portable grill

    This might be just a stone with handles, or maybe there’s something out there to contain/reflect heat in a smaller space that you can slide a pizza into. I’ve seen this for the round Weber charcoal grill but not for any of the gas grills in my searches.

    Have any of you guys tried sous vide? My cousin in TN turned me on to this technique. Completely cooked before it ever hits the grill. A minute on each side over SUPER HOT coals (like mesquite), DONE!

    That is not Wagyu. It's Prime. HEB just puts Wagyu on its butcher wrapping paper.
    If you give sous vide grilling a try you won't go back!
