Is the Throttle body lever sensor hard to find also? Thats the one on the other side of the throttle shaft. Does anyone know the part number for it?

Is that the APPS? The Acceleration Pedal Position sensor?..

I've never taken one apart, but there's no obvious external p/n I've noticed. But I don't think they're a part that's sold without buying the whole TB..

Iifc, I read the APPS needs to be calibrated on the TB from the factory. But I'm not 100% I remember that correctly..

Hey Jon? Whose the manufacturer of those TPS's you're trying to wrangle?

Anyone that will listen. LOL! That picture is from an overseas supplier. There's 2 types of the "APPS" available. They look close to ours but that doesn't mean much. They're listed for Lexus and a few other Toyota's. I'm also under the impression that it's calibrated from the factory. BUT if you know the starting (closed throttle) resistance of a known good sensor. You should be able to calibrate it yourself.
I've been in discussions about part with Denso, Beck-Arnley and Wells.

Oh forgot to update this, It wasn't the right one. Marked with the right number but didn't pass electrical test. I cut it apart and it's not made right inside. Still trying.

Yes, please let us know. I am about to buy an entire new throttle body... $$$$ :censored:

Mine has gotten so bad, I was almost rear ended last week because I could not accelerate with traffic.
