I got mine on friday!! WOOHOO Fit great, look great. I did have to pull the rear center consol to put the rear in. It took my 2 extra minutes to do it. Well worth the wait!

 

got mine Saturday!

....they sent me both passenger mats with clip holes but my pass side doesn't have clips -_-

But I called em up and told them what was up, and she was like ok we'll send you a replacement, have a nice day.

Now thats customer service

 

Just got my tracking number. Due on Thursday. Awesome!

 

Just got my tracking number as well...supposed to be delivered on Wednesday. Now I just hope they're the right ones! After seeing everyone else's problems, I'm keeping my fingers crossed...

 

I ordered these on the 25th and still no tracking number. I called today and told them I was canceling because of the time and they didn't even ask me if there was anything they could do. Just ok. Great customer service. I work at Home Depot and we NEVER give customer service like that. We are in tough times and who the hell takes over 2 weeks to manufacture and send a product.

finally got my tracking number today and they should be here Wednesday

 

Ordered mine on the 26th and still waiting for the tracking number. Hope I get something this week!

I ordered mine on the 23 or 24 and just got my number yesterday, so maybe you'll get your today.

Not yet... been too nasty out to do much detailing work on her. I did bring the packets of cleaners with me so I will be using them this week. I do have others that I think are from the same company and I really like them.

 

They sent me the wrong rear again . What makes it better I called weathertech and they tell me the p/n is correct for my truck and it wont fit b/ the rear console . I have sent these pics over to them. The p/n for the mat I have is 47021 which I think if for the double cab. Can someone tell me the access cab p/n please?

 

On their website they have the following part numbers

2nd Row
Double Cab = 440213
Access Cab = 440212

Front Row (with 2 Mat Hook Holes)
Double Cab = 441781
Access Cab = 441781

Front Row (with 0 Mat Hook Holes)
Double Cab = 440211
Access Cab = 440211

Can someone get me mike's contact info? I just got my mats and my front passenger mat is a different color.

 

Call Weathertech's 800 number which is on the back of the mat. Use option 2 and let the service rep know whats up. They will send you the correct mat along with a return label to ship the wrong one back.

 

Arrived and Installed. Look like they grew there

Mine came today. Right color, right mats. Couldn't be happier. They fit great and look amazing. My grey ones were already getting dirty, so these are a welcome addition. Thanks to the OP for putting this GB together!

I have the same problem. First, I get tan ones for my Access Cab when I ordered grey. Finally received my grey ones today with no return label for the tan ones I received the first time AND they sent me grey rear mats for a Double Cab. I even checked to make sure they were for a Double Cab by comparing the tan rear mats I was given the first time. This is going to be the third time I have to return and wait to receive mats (I also had to send back my gf's Civic mats because they were tan and we had ordered grey). Must be my luck...

 

got mine today!!! Everything fits perfect!!
