I don't mind. If you went through the Cyberpunk debacle.... you know. I'm totally fine with R* taking all the time they need to give us the best game possible on release. Just know the game will look even better when it finally debuts. It was the same for GTA V and RDR2 as well. First trailer vs Release was a noticeable improvement.

 

First comment I saw was "at this rate I have about 3 GTAs left in my lifetime."

It will have been 12 years since GTA V was released and that was still in the PS3 era.

 

lol, that's probably true. I don't see any way R* DOESN'T milk VI for at least 10 years. I just hope this time around they add map expansions with DLC to single player. I never played online for V and I have no interest in it. So hopefully they'll focus more on that this time around.

 

And Rockstar will milk it till 2040

 

My takeaway was that most of that trailer was based on actual real life "Florida Man" clips.

And the fact that the trailer, taken from real life, is a much wilder and more exciting video game than flying over Los Santos in a delorean while UFOs try to gun you down... it's quite the comment on modern society, isn't it.

This might be the game that finally makes me upgrade my old Xbox one. In a year or two.

 

Unfortunately, I doubt it. People have been begging for more single player story for RDR2 since it was new, but they've continually tried to push the online platform since GTA V online had a lot of success.

Personally, I'll just settle for a more legit rock station than GTA V had.

 

Wish they were releasing a pc version at the same time as consoles. Gonna ba a gta V repeat

 

I still have my PS4. I haven't upgraded yet. But I hear GTA VI will be bundled with the as-of-yet unannounced PS5 Pro, so if that's the case, that's likely when I'll finally upgrade.

It just sucks because I'm not much of a gamer, and the Pro w/ GTA VI will likely cost $499 (at minimum) so that's a lot of money for one game. I'm sure I'll get some others, but no way do I think I'll get what I paid out of it. Then not too long after that (~3 years) the PS6 will be here.

Well, I'm about to play Fallout 3 for the first time right now

I've got a gaming PC in the bedroom but....jumped onto my Thinkpad for old school gaming

 

Been playing a lot of Far Cry 6 lately, I used to build gaming pc’s but quit since they got expensive. Now I have x box series x and a ps5. It’s big screen or nothing for me since I have old man eyes and wear glasses.

 

Isn't Far Cry 6 the same game as Far Cry 3-5?
