I always hand wash & hand dry my truck from the truck body, windows and rims. I went to my sister's new house last weekend and I parked on their driveway...yesterday I came home and washed my truck. I went to hand dry the rims and I notice hard water spots on then passenger side front and rear chrome rims. Any tips to remove this? I tried warm water w/ car soap and brush, Stoner's window cleaner and Mother's chrome polish (hand buff only). I still see the water stains on the rim tho the polish made them really shiny :D. I think it is from the sprinkler system and I was just informed they have hard water in their area.
