A ton of moving parts, a ton of regulations to pass, a long, highly complex supply chain, and unrealistic deadlines combined with insane production volumes on a scale most manufacturers can't even imagine. It's amazing more vehicles don't get recalled, regardless of manufacturer.

What's even more amazing, is when a recall notice goes out and people flip shit like "ERMAGHERD RECALLZ" like it's beyond imagination. ESPECIALLY when buying the first year of a newly redesigned vehicle. 404 Common Sense not found.

When you see a recall, look what it's for. Sure, they got that wrong. Now look at all the shit they got right. If anyone thinks they can do better, you should send your resume to the manufacturer of your choice and change the world.

They've been making the same shit for 60 years, you would think they would have it down by now.
