    Numerous mods but doing my best to keep it legal here in Aus
    I've taken to grinding a mm or so off the end off my axle and since had no problem, well for the last 20,000km anyway.

    From what I have read and dealt with here, they haven't been too concerned about their Aus market either. The US is market is far larger and typically US importers have a better attitude towards customer service - so hopefully there is hope for you guys.

    That makes a lot of sense. If you use a push/pull economics it would take care of a lot of issues. Look at their website, they sell a lot of different items. Having a reseller calling for more is never a bad problem to have. At the same time, ARB has a large footprint, global in fact. Pricing is at a point where they will be option 1.

    I would still like to see Harrop provide an usable and affordable alternative.

    I have a machine shop and could take the axle down the mm and maybe a little more to prevent failure. My plan was to buy a complete axle and get all gearing, locker and any other mods completed so it becomes a straight up swap. All clearances checked and machining would be done prior to install.

    Again, thanks for the heads up

    No worries. I doubt you'll have any problem with a good setup and all clearances checked.
