Has anyone had this done in Indianapolis? I've called a couple of dealers and I'm getting the basic run around. One dealer told me just because I saw something on the internet doesn't mean I can get it! Said they don't have to do TSB's. So I'm hoping to find a good dealer I won't have to fight with. I have a 2009 ac 4x4 with 12000 mile on it.
    Thanks,
    Roger

Call Toyota directly if the dealer doens't want to do the work.

Hey Roger, call Beck's Toyota and talk to Matt in service and tell him Ben with the red Tacoma that had the tsb done sent you. Tell him you want Tyler to do the work too. He's the only one besides myself I will let touch my truck. If you have a problem, let me know and I'll go break his knee caps.:D

:eek:Wow,they are the ones giving me a hard time! They want to bring my truck in and measure it and I guess load it and measure it some more. I really don't know what all the measuring is about. The service writers name is Rob and he has supposedly talked with the manager. He's also the one that told me just because I read something on the internet about it they don't have to do it. Not a nice fellow to say the least.I'm thinking about emailing Denny Beck about it. So I'm not sure if it do any good to talk to Matt or not? What did you say to them to get yours done? Thanks for all your help,
    Roger:D

Holy Cow Batman it's finally done! :D Many thanks to Ben (hoosiertaco) for the help in getting my TSB done! Ben called up at Beck Toyota for me and got me hooked up with Matt and Tyler. They are Great. If you need any Dealer service be sure and go to Matt for your service writer. He's the 1st desk when you pull in. Tyler is a whizz kid service tech. I dropped the truck off went and played golf with my Son and they called at the 18th hole and said I was done. I also had a new radio installed. I don't notice that much difference in the ride just a little stiffer. Truck does set up 1.5" higher now. Again thanks Ben,
    Roger
