Has anyone plugged up holes on frame

    Has anyone plugged up the holes on the frame rail? (SIDE HOLES ONLY) I was thinking of doing this since I love to fish and go to the beach when I get a chance during the summer. Would this help the rust issue plugging up all of the holes except for the ones on the bottom so water can still drain out?
