Never been a truck guy but needed something to pull my alu trailer + race car. Well, here I am. Got an 06 TRD 2wd and love it.
I also have a street car which I no longer drive since getting the Taco.

Now I'm looking to get another higher mileage model for a vacation home.
Where should I post on what to check for?

    TIA

    What's the race car?
There's alot of thread's on here about important things to check for just use the search button. The most important i think would be the frame rust issue.

There's a Post Mileage Forum Thread- I asked there. These are the cars (996 Spec car and 964 3.8 RS clone)- also have a Spec Bosxter in the making.

Couple of better shots. The 964 (grey) is actually for sale now- between the Taco and the 996, just don't drive it much anymore. When the Spec Boxster is finished even less.

2nd Gen Tacos are comfortably rated to pull either car (not both- about 2700 lbs. each) and alu trailer is small and light (circa 1000 lbs). Taco tower? No problemo.
