    I remember my wifes van was hit and run on the parking lot of ala moana shopping center
    We know they have cam all.over the place
    Guards provided the video to the police
    Police supposedly did an investigation

    Yeah right i highly doubt it they even bothered investigating it

    They are if you have full skid plates underneath... That's the only way to protect from an easy steal, but if they want it, they'll find a way.
