Here's a recipe for fudge that's not only easy, but really, really good too. It's perfect to take to a party or give as a gift.

    Ingredients:
1 package of chocolate chips (milk chocolate or semi-sweet, it up to you)
1 jar of chunky peanut butter
1 jar of Fluff (5-10 ounces)
1 can of Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (not evaporated milk)

All you have to do is melt the chips on low heat. Then add one ingredient at a time and melt and mix that in with the melted chocolate. Keep stirring so the chocolate doesn't burn. When all ingredients are melted and mixed together you can either put it in a pan to cut later or divide it out and put into paper petit four candy wrappers. This is always nice if you're going to give it as a gift. Put your finished fudge in the refrigertor to cool for awhile and you're done. The other advantage to making this fudge is building up your arm muscles while melting and stirring the peanut butter in!

It's an east coast thing. I had never heard of it either but my wife (from Mass) filled me in on just how empty my childhood really was.

Here's a tutorial on how to mod your PB&J to add the fluffernutter upgrade:

How to Make a Fluffernutter Sandwich
    [IMG]
    Instructions
    Difficulty: Easy
    Things You’ll Need:

    * 2 slices of White Bread
    * 1 jar of marshmallow creme, preferably Fluff Brand.
    * 1 jar of smooth or chunky peanut butter. For best results, have one of both.

Step 1 - Spread a thick layer of marshmallow creme on first slice of bread.

Step 2 - Spread an equal or greater amount of peanut butter on the second slice of bread.

Step 3 - If you want to super-size your Fluffernutter, add additional layers of marshmallow and peanut butter.

Step 4 - Squash the two slices of bread together and enjoy, preferably with a cold glass of milk on the side.

Truth be told, I never liked them. The only nutritional value comes from the peanut butter. (And they wonder why kids are obese!)
