I just installed a Westin HDX LED Grille on my 17 SR5. Now I could use some help with wiring. 4 wire OEM switch to wiring from lights. Blue(neutral) and white(hot) from the lights/relay to Green(hot), 2 reds (accessory and dash light) and a black ( ground). Westin wasn't much help. So far, green to white, reds to fuses to light the switch. What to do with the black from the switch and the blue from the lights. Appreciate any words of wisdom. I was to by support at Westin to run the black to the blue. Didn't sound right to me and this cost too much to make a costly mistake. Thanks!!!

So this $1,500 grill BBQ didn't cum with an installer? And this 4 wire OEM switch is from what vehicle? There is NO neutral in a DC circuit. I gather you are a very confused.
From what I see in the seller's install PDF, there is a white wire with a 5amp fuse (+) that goes to the input side of your "OEM" switch.(Green) then the blue to the relay via the "OEM" switch red(Next to the green). The remaining red is meant for a tap to the dash circuit (green). Black of the switch can be to ground or to dash circuit (beige)

Thanks. Got it for a little over $500. My confusion came mainly that no ground came from the lights. Just ground it to the framing?

The switch closes the circuit. There are switches that have 3 pins and illumination, the 3rd pin is to provide a ground to switch bulb. In your case the original switch didn't have "on" bulb, it just closed or opened the circuit to the relay coil side.
The aftermarket switch (Not an OEM one, just looks that way) also closes the circuit but has 2 bulbs, one to let you know the circuit is closed (on) the other to assist in finding it in the dark with the rest of the dash switches that illuminate when tails/parking circuit is selected.
