headlight dust seal removal help.

    I thought I would give these a try.

    However, I cannot seem to remove the dust seals on the oem bulbs. What am I doing wrong?

    They just slide on over the stem of the bulbs.....just give them a tug

    Things and stuff and such
    just grab the rubber on the inside around the base of the bulb and pull. They are supposed to be tight.

    your not going to tear it, I had a hell of a time cutting it to fit around my projector retrofit.

    Ok I got it off. What a pain in the ass! Ha ha I had to go hulk on it. I thought it was going to rip for sure.

    If you get the base wet, it comes off and gets off easier
