What Watt bulb can you run max with the stock wire harness for the 200mm cases? 55? 65?

Probably whatever the stock bulb's wattage is.

How do I know that? I don't really, lol, but I'm assuming that Toyota wouldn't necessarily put in larger than necessary wiring to handle higher wattage bulbs.

When I did the upgraded wire harness described in the "proper headlight upgrade" my stock (not "stock", but some basic $15 Sylvanias) bulbs got brighter. Not a lot, but some. That means there's already an amperage bottleneck in the stock wiring harness.

So you could probably get away with going a little higher wattage, but whatever you end up with will create more or an amperage bottleneck than what already exists.

With stock harness I would not go over stock (DOT legal) H4 bulbs that is 55/60W which is a bit over stock H6054 that is 35/65W but I'd say pretty safe. The biggest limiting factor is not a wire gauge used but headlight switch connector. That guy is usually the first one to get burned. Unfortunately that Toyota stupid design pushes entire current from both lamps through the stalk at the steering wheel (yep, over 10A). This is why it is recommended to upgrade to separate harness (described on TW by many)if you want to go with any higher wattage than stock. Even with the stock bulbs the harness upgrade will prolong the life of the switch connector.

By the way one of the reasons H6054 sucks is that on the low beam it uses only 35W (where H4 uses 55W). That limit is because H6054 does not have a cut-off so the total output is limited by DOT to prevent blinding.
