Headlight Questions

    So I once apoun a time had a set of HID's 6000K 55W from DDM Tuning and had no such luck with them they would stay on after the lights were turned off and wouldnt go from low's to high's just a mess really so I'm kind of scared to get another pair for my new truck but I was looking at slims this time and just wanted yours guys opinions on which way to go please and thank you

    You get what you pay for. Slims aren't the cheap flimsy stuff, havent heard of anyone having too many problems with them.

    Ha I like to think of myself as a sentence typer just easier. I think I may go with slims just not sure yet. My dad always says why fix something that isn't broke so I'm stand on the fence for awhile

    i have the 40 dollar ones from ddm for my two hellas, fogs, and headlights at one point. they have all lasted me until now and i got them two christmas ago.. here is what i have for all those lights...... http://www.ddmtuning.com/Products/DDM-HID-Kit-Slim-Ballast-35W-or-55W they have never fail me and when i had the hi/low ones for my headlights they worked perfect.(took the headlights out due to relizing how blinding they were) retrofit soon!

    I'm thinking ill go with the ones from slim this time the only reason I'm looking at getting this is I want some HID off road lights and think they'd look werid with regular headlights.

    Differential Breather Mod Light Bar: 4 Cree LED lamps Bilstein 5100s Ride Rite Air Bags

    Stock Tacoma headlights and fog lights... On light bar: Pair of Kragen HID Euro Beams (outside pair) and a pair of Hella 4000 pencil beams converted from 100 watt halogen to 35 watt HID, 5,000ºK...

    Look at build!
    Doesnt look to bad with HID offroad lights and halogen headlights, Ive converted my 7" lights to HID though to match my headlights but will soon be doing a retrofit...Id recommend that than just getting a drop in kit and if i do the retros soon enough ill sell you my DDM slim kit if you want, its 35w 5k. Never had any issues with them
