I removed, and replaced the hidden bolts by reaching from under the bumper. I didn't have to touch the fender liner. Not that difficult at all for me. I would be afraid not to put those bolts back, as the headlight assemblies might be unstable without them.

They're still held in by 3 bolts. My headlights were still solid without that 4th bolt.

Can anyone help me with sourcing the 3rd hard to reach bolt for the headlights? My truck is missing them and I'd like to replace them to secure the headlights more than just with the 2 top screws.

Is is the same screw style bolt that is used on top of the headlights? Or is it an actual bolt?

I checked the Toyota parts site and it only lists two screw/bolts as being used for the headlight, there wasn't an illustration showing the bolt for the bottom hard to reach spot inside the fender.

    Thanks

The top 3 bolts (easiest to get to) are part number 90159-A0029, and the 4th hard to reach bolt is part number 90105-A0076.

You the man! It must be a bit different on 2.5gen. I only have 2 on top, and the one hard to reach. At least, that's what I recall.

Ah, I didn't see you had a 2015 (nor I had no idea how the 2.5 gen headlights attach), but you are right, your truck only has 3 bolts, while 2005-2011 trucks have 4. They use the same part numbers for the bolts though .
