I see lots of 'diamond' clear lens headlights on Ebay.
Has anyone ever bought these? I want to get brighter lights for my 2000.

    Any feedback appreciated!

OEM roof rack, Shorty antenna (eBay), soft tonneau cover, K&N drop in air filter, bed mat, interior LED lights, 5100's, MT tires to come soon!!!
I put silver stars from wally world in my taco. Its just the bulbs not the whole headlight. They are the blue tinted lights and they are alot brighter then the stock headlights were and they were only about $40 and took about 10 minutes to put in.

I bought a pair of clear headlights last summer for my 99. It also came with free clear corner lights which I left off. It was a huge improvement in the way it looks and I coupled them with Silverstar Ultra bulbs and I have yet to see a brighter 1st gen on the road.

Hopefully those HIDs you got don't produce glare that will blind oncoming drivers.

Nice job blinding oncoming traffic and making dangerous driving conditions. Did you re-aim them after you got them installed? I'm guessing you didn't.

I also have 6" of lift and riding on 35's. My headlights are higher than normal vehicles such as "pre runners". They seem to think I have my brights on and flash their bright lights at me, thus causing dangerous driving conditions. I bet you"re one of those guys Humanoid since we're making assumptions.

Yes, I am. I just don't see why if you lift your truck you don't feel you need to re-aim those headlights, thus causing dangerous driving conditions. Why not just do it as a courtesy to other driver's that share the road? I'm sure you don't like to get blinded by oncoming traffic?

Yeah, it should be a bit brighter than stock or if your lenses are starting to fog over and need to be replaced.

The ones you linked are for both the corners and the headlights. If your corners are OK then just get the headlights, no need to spend the extra money if you don't need it.
