I purchased these around three months ago and I love them! Although the first set ended up leaking even with a silicon bead, I gave a second set a try. (Replacement through Amazon) I applied a thicker layer of silicon to this set and it's water tight! Although Depo's are significantly cheaper compared to OEM, they resemble the same quality parts. There are a few odds and ends that are cheaply made, but nothing that would create concern for longitivtiy. (Adjustment knobs, etc.) If you're wanting to perform a retro fit, I would suggest these, especially if you want to keep your OEM's for insurance.

It's not hard. For $120 plus the lighting you want, you wouldn't be placing much money on the line. Not to mention, you could make them custom. Just an idea!

Yeah I'd like to make them myself I just don't know what kind of led's I'd use or stuff like that I'd have to kind of get an idea of some first then kinda go from there

For LEDs inside the headlights, I would only use TRS (Morimoto), Diode Dynamics, or LED Concepts products. You only want to open them up once, and it looks ugly when you have burnt out LEDs in your headlights.

Yeah your right about that. It does look bad once one or two of your led's burn out. I like them retrofits those are pretty sick I may look into getting some of them
