Has anyone experienced a rattling noise coming from the ceiling, somewhere behind the sunroof?
If so, what were you able to do to fix it?

I got that too. Though for me it seems to be the front of the sun roof. If I press on the headliner or on the sunroof frame I can stop it. I have not looked farther than that yet.

Did you ever figure this issue out?

I started hearing rattling noise between the mirror ceiling console and dome light. I don't have a sunroof like you though, so it looks like I'll have to look inside the headliner and tape up loose wires or what not.

I have a few rolls of Tesa tape (wire/loom harness tape) which should be good.

Let me know what you ended up doing, if you took the whole headliner down or anything like that.

Correction to previous post! I found my rattle noise yesterday after 2 years of driving. Pulled down the roof console that houses the sunglasses and houses the front dome lights. Found a metal retainer that goes around both sides and the front towards the windshield. On the passenger side the original “adhesive” from the factory was undone. Took a tube of E 6000 Transparent Glue (from Michaels Crafts, Home Depot, Lowe’s). Applied to metal braket., used spring clamps to hold in place against the headliner. I let it dry...set-up for two hours. Drove my truck around and over some rough roads.....noise was gone! Reinstalled the roof console. NO MORE NOISE of a rattle.
