Headrests interchangeable? Or even seats?

    A friend wants to buy a 2015 Taco and she hates the headrest. Says she like the headrests in her friends 2008 truck. Anyone know if they are interchangeable? Or could we swap out the entire seat?

    My buddy traded me his 2015 rear headrest for my 2011. Worked just fine. I like the fold down option on the rears.
