Rear camera anytime switch, 4x4 Illuminated Switch (from rcbs204) , rear view mirror lift bracket (from ImMrYo), 75 cent tailgate anti-theft. Technically not mods but give me a break I'm trying to fill space here... OEM Leather pkg, keyless unlock & ACC chime silence, BakFlip G2, Ultra Gauge EM, WeatherTech floor mats, OEM roof rack
    None... still quite new though.
No indicator light at all on low?

Might just be a broken wire/loose connector. If the HIGH setting works, it might just be something simple preventing the low from working. Have to look at a wiring diagram to be sure.
I found a seat heater PDF wiring diagram someone posted for a 2006 Sequoia ... I know it may be nothing like the Tacoma wiring, but it might give you an idea what to look for if you are electrically inclined.
You can get the actual diagram for your truck... but it may cost you unless you know someone with access.

Has anyone switched center console and seats from a standard cloth set up to heated seats? There is a listing for a set for sale but am wondering how hard it is to do the switch.
