HEATER

im hearing a clicking noise when my heaters on any ideas?

 

Sounds like the blower motor. if you turn it on full blast for a few seconds then back, does it go away? this is what mine does

 

yeah but then it comes back right away do you know if their expensive and easy to replace

 

I'm not really sure the cost. I have heard of people getting the whole assembly replaced by the dealer under warranty, but only to have it come back. I know there was a thread where someone actually took it apart and greased something? Try a search for that maybe.

its a TSB.. If your still under warrenty.. If not you can get the part at autozone for around 100...

 

mine does it too, i will schedule an appt after winter sometime so they can replace my 8 month old rusting rear bumper while they're at it.

 

my 05 did the same thing when i got it. i took it back to the dealer and they fixed it, never told me what it was. if your truck is still under warrenty, take it in.
