I will be doing a suspension upgrade soon and wondering what kind of springs to get. I will be running Pro Runner shocks and adjustable struts. I will also be installing a bumper and winch which would add about 250 pounds. Would regular ARB coil springs hold that and still be able to perform well, or should I go with heavy load coils?

With bumper and winch, I would go heavy. I upgraded my Icon's to 700lb springs, and its a lot better with the bumper and winch.
