Heavy loads in truck bed - A fix for squeaky rear leaf springs?

    I'm still holding out hope that hauling heavy loads is a "fix" for the squeaky springs lol.

    My '16 started squeaking around 6k(kms) and when I took it to the dealer he says " looks like you've been in the dirt(FSR) Maybe if you stayed out of areas like that they wouldn't squeak"

    I laughed and proceeded to ask him about how toyota advertises these in the mud and dirt and that I'd call toyota corp and complain if they didn't address it.

    Long story short they ended up lubing the leafs and bushings. Came back after my next camping trip. Just hosed off the leafs and bushings and it went away until my next dirt road trip.

    Dealership replaced the spacers between the springs today. Squeak is gone but for how long?
