    You can, for ~$55 retail!

The FJ Cruiser Light switches are also an option, but just as expensive.

My light bar is essentially the same as Klipps, except mine is more of a hack job since I didn't have much for tools on hand. Once it's painted black, it seriously disappears. Here's some pictures... hopefully they are close enough!

Got 500s myself and will be doing 55w HIDs in them eventually. Glad to find this writeup. Thanks. Not sure whether I'm gonna go with 4300k or 5000k or 6000k like in the fogs tho. Got the oem switch, wiring harness with relay, just need the HID kit now.

I remember a member here put 3 lights behind the grille but I can remember who it was...Anyone recall who it was? I am curious to see 3 lights behind this grille.

Klipp or eltaco...Do you think it's possible to do 3 lights with this method of mounting them or do you think there wouldn't be enough room?

Sorry Klipp, I'm not trying to steal your thread... You're the true mastermind of this project.

It looks to me like it could be done, although it'd be tight. If using the light might like Klipp and myself have done, I would think that the center light might have to be a little bit ahead of the outside two lights.

If mounting from the bottom, there looks to be plenty of room for a third light.

so i measured today, and there should be no problem putting a third hella 500 in the centre if you wanted. they're just over 6" wide, and i've got about 8" between the two lights.

the power and ground wires from the hella would come close to that metal support coming down over the centre of the rad, but it would clear.

    Hey Klipp,

I was able to go a bit wider with the IPFs without having issues contacting the tranny cooler. However, I think these are a bit further forward than your Hella 500s. The top of my glass lens contacts the grillecraft, just barely. Not sure yet if it will be a problem, but I can't move them back any further, either, as the center support gets in the way.

H3s... housings are almost idetical to the Hellas but the reflector design is different.

    I dig 'em!
