I have no idea about melting the plastic reflector and lens, but the wiring is marginal. 100W is about 8.5 amps, the headlights are fused at 10 amps each. I think it would work but the lights won't be as bright as they should be due to the thin wire Toyota uses at the lights.

My gut feeling is it's too much heat for the reflector, too bad because I have run those bulbs in Hella housings and 100W high beam is pretty awesome.

I put a set of almost identical Vision X bulbs (80w low/ 100w hi) in my wifes civic last week. Like Joes06tacoma mentioned, they are not as bright as they could be. But they are definitely brighter than the stock lights were.

Longevity wise, I don't know how the heat will be around the reflector. So far so good, though.

Did you install the 55/100w bulbs? I am thinking about doing the same on my Tacoma.

I run the Narva version in my Cargo Van with cheap AutoPal H6054 conversion lights.
