    The ground of the OEM horns, is the bracket which bolts to the body. So yup. Power with OEM wire, and ground to body. Done.

    i ended up installing not only the super tones but also the Twin Trumpet Hellas.... some say i sound like a freight train coming... I used 1 relay for all 4 with the horn switch on the steering wheel being the trigger switch...

    Hi, it’s been awhile since this post was active had to give it a try even tho I have a 2017 Taco. Saw this post since I want to install these horns. Got the set and before installing them, I’d like to check with the people who installed their horns without the relay. Have you had any problems without the relay and if so, what happened. If it’s not necessary, the horns are going in ASAP. :thumbsup:

    0 issues have them connected to the factory wiring did not use the relay that comes in the box. had them in there for almost 3 years in my 2nd gen

    also holy post resurrection! 4yrs dead!
