Hello all, bought my first Tacoma last week. Man what great trucks....

Its an 05 Access Cab, Prerunner,2wd V6, 6spd. So far so good, much nicer than my first Toyota a 1971 Hi-lux.

I'm sure I will have many questions on mods like exhaust, tires, lockers, cold air intake..etc.

Anyway belated Merry Christmas, and have a safe and happy New Year.

    Nice 6spd,V6, very solid truck
None currently, but I would like a better sounding exhaust and perhaps a cold air pack and some color coded step bars
Welcome charro, a ton of info here at TW

Thanks for the welcome. I drove Ford diesel pickups for the last 20 years, sold all of our horses so no need to pull horse trailers.

Thus the purchase of my new to me Tacoma. My only beef is that its to quiet. I can barely hear the engine. Any suggestions on cat back system, Gibson? Banks?

those are posibilitys, also flowmaster but you would really need to hear the system on another truck like yours so you could gage the sound quality.
