    When I was looking for a truck, I test drove one that took a hit in that general area. It pushed the leaf spring back in the pack and angled the tire like that, as @whatstcp said you could be looking at something similar. Maybe measure diagonals on the leaf spring mounts/axle in relation to the frame and see if something pops up there.

    How long have you noticed the problem. Immediately after repair?

    You sure they swapped out the correct bad rim? Did you balance all tires? Is the new tire an exact match of brand and tread depth?
