    3" suspension lift
    Bought a 1995 ext cab green Tacoma a couple years back. Had it inspected before the purchase, and the shop said, "Good truck, has some oil leaks." They mentioned it would probably need a new engine soon based on that. Guy was asking $5,000. Talked him down to $3700 with the info we got from the inspection. Bought it, and in the process of taking the valve covers off to change the gaskets, realized that most of the bolts holding the covers on were loose. Valves were sparkling clean by the way. Tightened bolts around both valve covers and oil pan, and hasn't leaked since! Recently installed a Toytech 3" lift on it, and that brings us up to date. Don't have much mechanic experience so I will probably as some pretty elementary questions. I'll help out were I can, but please bear with me, and all help form you will be appreciated!
