hellwig helper springs help??

    20% tint, painted handles,painted grill, wet okole seatcovers,sockmonkey decals
    do they lift the back any or it stay same height???

    Same height. They just firm up the spring. No additional height over stock.

    Bilstein 5100s front, Adjustable Ranchos rear.
    I just installed the Hellwig 550 helpers last weekend. I did not measure but I could swear it raised the back end an inch maybe. I think it may depend on how much you torque down the rear u-bolts and how much your old springs are sagging. Any way you look at it, if it does lift it's not much. Don't expect it to be like putting a lift mod in.

    Hello BTO,

    How tight did you set the ubolts in order to notice a lift? Also, was the left clamp an issue or did you clamp the 550 over the clamps? Also. do they make noise? I am looking at the 550 or the ez 990's so you input would truly help me.
