Did you reverse the + and - terminals and blow a fuse, or worse fry the whole system?

Pull and check with ohm meter, the IG1 and IG2 fuses. I can't remember which one, but one of them feeds a lot of circuits.

I'm gonna go with 120A (140A with tow package) ALT fuse due to reversed battery connections. That fuse feeds a lot of stuff, but not the headlights. If that's good, the next 1 downstream is the 50A AM1 fuse.

Edit: The ALT fuse also feeds the stop fuse, which further justifies it as the cause.

Dad put the battery in said no one touched it but him I jumped it to my track loader so unless dad hit the crack pipe I don’t think so, and I was saying that I know it didn’t get jumped off backwards because I jumped it. And like u said if it fried everything why is the lights and dash still working

Both IG fuses are in the dash, left of the steering wheel. The label is on the pull out cover

It's in the underhood fuse box. You can see it, but to replace it, you have to split the fuse box. It's bolted in.

There was once a TW member that was sold a group 24 battery instead of a 24F. He hooked the cables up without looking at + and -. He blew a bunch of fuses.

So if it did get jumped backwards I guess I’m going after the fuse under hood that you have to split the fuse box apart to get to the bolts any one else agree appreciate the help y’all

I’m assuming it was jumped backwards as I’ve never seen a battery smoke any other way.
