    Ok gents,
I took a my truck to a garage(first mistake) because I had the notorious B.I.G(play on words, and I hate rap) squeak(2021). I have the RA60F 6 speed.

Forward to June of 2022, a friend and I replace all the clutch stuff. But I noticed something, I had a space, a void on the very bottom of my bell housing between the two lowest bolts. I remember a plastic cap or metal cover had gone there, BUT IT'S NOT THERE ANYMORE.

Does anyone know what that is called or the code to order it.

I live in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, mostly dirt roads( major mud after rain), and heaps of snow from October to April, and when I look up into the hole, well you guessed it, I can see my clutch.

The clutch is a stage 2 LCE(clutch master) and I have the 40LB flywheel, and the metal sleeve and oversized bearing. But if I don't get this covered, I'm sure I will have catastrophic failure.

To put one in do I have to drop my transmission again? I will if I have to, but if I can just loosen all the bolts and remove the driveshaft and wiggle it free, I think it looks like I can just slide it into place? Tell me what you think of that please.

    Thanks,
    Brian
P.S. I think I might be starting to hear clutch noise, after I let go of the pedal, like a rotating noise or would that be because its a heavier duty clutch, more spring rate? It's not whiny or grinding, but ya know, they are our babies:angrygirl:. Actually, the truck feels like it's really in a sweet spot performance wise. 140,550 miles and rust free.

    Thanks for your help.

It just clips in, no need to remove anything.
